Bulat Ibragimov – a new member of Yuzhane’s gastronomic team, a young and smart chef full of new ideas. He has risen through the ranks from kitchen assistant to owner of restaurant in Kazan, his home city. But, as a creative person, he still preferred the role of a chef.
New dishes by Bulat are on the menu already. In accordance with the seasonality principle, he promises to update it each month putting an emphasis on seasonal products, as well as maintain and preserve the focus on Southern cuisine.
